2 × Child-Safe Spoons (fits pouches)To begin, set up the squeeze station by placing the pouches into their designated slots. Then attach the filling tubes to the top of the station, ensuring each tube is securely connected to the pouch beneath it.
Blend or mash your chosen fruits and vegetables into a smooth purée, then pour the mixture into the filling tubes at the top of the station.
Use the press to guide the purée through the tubes and into the pouches below. Filling each tube provides the ideal portion to neatly fill each pouch.
After pressing, remove each pouch and secure the cap to keep contents fresh and prevent spills. You can label the pouches with the date and ingredients, then store them in the fridge or freezer, or serve immediately.
Children can enjoy the purée directly from the pouch, squeeze it into a spoon, or use a compatible feeding spoon for easy serving.
